- 12 oz elbow or shell pasta
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can (10.75 oz) tomato soup

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded mozzarella or cheddar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta just shy of al dente. Drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to form a roux. Cook for 1 minute, then slowly whisk in milk.
- Add tomato soup, Shawhan Farms Parmesan, and garlic powder. Simmer until slightly thickened. Season to taste.
