Ingredients
- 4 pita bread rounds
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- 2–3 tbsp Betty's Sweet & Smoky BBQ Rub
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each pita into 8 wedges. If the pita is thick, separate each wedge into two thinner layers.
- Place pita pieces in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
- Add BBQ seasoning and toss again until evenly coated.
- Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet without overlapping.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and crisp, watching closely to prevent burning.
