  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp hot sauce

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Buck’s BBQ sauce (prepared above)

  • 1/2 cup fresh corn kernels
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

Directions

  1. Make the BBQ sauce: Combine Buck’s BBQ seasoning, brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a saucepan. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Let cool and reserve 1/4 cup for the dressing.
