Ingredients
- Buck’s BBQ Sauce Ingredients
- 2 heaping tbsp Buck’s Sweet & Spicy BBQ Seasoning
- ¼ cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup homemade Buck’s BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta Salad Ingredients
- BBQ Pulled Pork
- ½ cup Fresh corn kernels
- 1 cup Diced bell peppers
- ½ cup Sliced green onion
- 1 cup Cubes of cheese of your choice
- 1 cup Gluten-free pasta of your choice
- Dressing to drizzle over top
Directions
To make Buck's BBQ sauce
Mix together Buck’s BBQ Seasoning, dark brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and hot sauce.
Simmer for 5 minutes until consistency thickens. Let cool, set aside at least ¼ cup for dressing. Use the rest of the sauce to make pulled pork, or other meat of your choice.
To make dressing
- Mix together BBQ sauce, sour cream, hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
To make the pasta salad
- Assemble vegetables, cheese, cooked pasta and BBQ pulled pork in a dish. Drizzle with sauce and enjoy!
