This pineapple punch brings together bright tropical flavors with a subtle savory edge. Pineapple and mango keep it sweet, lime adds balance, and fresh mint rounds everything out. A touch of blackened seasoning adds a unique finish that keeps each sip interesting.
It’s an easy, refreshing option for warm weather, whether you’re setting out drinks for a gathering or just keeping things simple.
Ingredients
- 1–2 tsp Shawhan Farms Dap’s Blackened Seasoning
- 1 tsp flaked salt
- 2–3 oz mango juice
- 4–5 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 2 oz fresh lime juice
- Mint sprigs
- Ice, for serving
Directions
- In a shaker or jar, muddle fresh pineapple, mint sprigs, and lime juice until well combined.
- Add mango juice, pineapple juice, and ice. Shake until chilled.
- Run a lime wedge along the rim of a glass and dip into a mixture of blackened seasoning and flaked salt.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour the shaken mixture over it.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple and mint. Serve immediately.
