Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed tomatoes, chopped and drained
- 1/4 cup white or yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 to 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1/2 fresh pineapple, chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro or Italian parsley, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp Shawhan Farms Hatch Chile Salsa Starter
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, pineapple, cilantro or parsley, lime juice, and hatch chile seasoning.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
- Serve with chips, vegetables, or as a topping for grilled fish or chicken.
