Ingredients

Cup Mixed colored and types of tomatoes, chopped and drained

1/4 Cup White or yellow onion, chopped fine

1⁄2 - 1 Jalapeño, chopped fine

1⁄2 Fresh pineapple, chopped

2 Tbsp. Cilantro or Italian parsley, chopped fine

1 Lime, juiced

1 Tbsp. Shawhan Farms Hatch Chile Salsa Starter
Directions
In a large bowl, add the tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, pineapple, cilantro or parsley, lime juice and hatch chili seasoning. Toss everything to combine.
Chill for at least 1⁄2 hour. Serve with your favorite chips and veggies or on top of grilled fish or chicken.
