Ingredients

1-2 tsp of Molly’s Texas-style chili seasoning mix
- 1 tsp flaked salt
- ½ cup fresh mango, diced
- 3-4 oz mango juice
- 2 oz fresh lime juice (about half a lime, juiced)
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and sliced
- Sparkling water (we used lime flavored)
Directions
- Muddle Ingredients: In a shaker or jar, muddle together fresh mango, a few slices of jalapeno, and lime juice until they are well combined.
- Add Juices and Ice: To the same shaker or jar, add mango juice, pineapple juice, and a few ice cubes.
- Shake: Secure the lid on the shaker or jar and shake vigorously until the ingredients are blended and the mixture is chilled.
- Prepare Glass: Run a lime wedge along the rim of a glass to moisten it. Coat the moistened rim with a mixture of Molly’s Texas-Style Chili Mix and flaked salt.
- Add Ice: Fill the prepared glass with crushed ice to your desired level.
- Add Sparkling Water: Pour the shaken mixture over the ice in the glass. Top off with sparkling water to your taste preference.
- Garnish: Garnish the mocktail with lime slices and additional jalapeno slices for an extra kick.
- Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing and flavorful Mango Mocktail!
