These smoky chicken skewers are seasoned with Shawhan Farms Buck's Best Sweet & Spicy BBQ Seasoning for that deep, sweet heat—and paired with a juicy peach salsa that screams summer.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Shawhan Farms Buck's Best Sweet & Spicy BBQ Seasoning
- 2 fresh peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil and BBQ seasoning. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
- While grilling, combine peaches, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to make salsa.
