This slow cooker taco dip combines seasoned ground turkey, melted cheese, and tomatoes into a smooth, flavorful appetizer. Everything comes together in one pot, making it easy to prepare and keep warm for serving.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp Shawhan Farms Taco Seasoning
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 tbsp serrano pepper, finely minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 16 oz processed cheese, cubed
- 14.5 oz can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- Cooking spray
For Serving
- Tortilla chips
- Mini bell peppers, halved and seeded
Directions
- In a skillet, cook ground turkey with 1 tablespoon taco seasoning, salt, pepper, onion, and serrano pepper until browned.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Drain excess grease.
- Transfer mixture to a slow cooker. Add cubed cheese and tomatoes.
- Cook on low for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until melted and combined.
- Serve warm with chips or vegetables. Keep on warm setting as needed.
