Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save

When you choose Subscribe & Save, your order repeats automatically on the schedule you pick, and your payment method on file is charged at the subscription price each time an order is placed. You'll receive an email confirmation for each order.

Cancel, pause, or skip anytime

There's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. To cancel, pause, skip an order, or change your schedule, email info@shawhanfarms.com with the email address on your subscription at least 3 days before your next order date. Changes take effect starting with your next scheduled order.

Orders already placed

Once a subscription order has been placed, it can't be canceled or returned, because our products are food. If a subscription order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, our Refund Policy applies: we'll send a replacement or refund.

Price changes

If the price of a product in your subscription changes, we'll email you before your next order is charged at the new price.
