Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 cans tri-color beans, drained
- 1 can crushed tomatoes with green chiles
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 tbsp Shawhan Farms Chili Seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Chives and cilantro, to taste
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet and season with chili seasoning. Drain excess grease.
- In a cast iron pan or baking dish, combine beef, beans, tomatoes, cream cheese, seasoning, and mozzarella.
- Place in oven or smoker at 225°F.
- Stir every 5–10 minutes until heated through and well combined.
- Top with additional cheese and a light sprinkle of seasoning if desired.
- Broil briefly until the top is melted and lightly browned.
- Let cool for about 5 minutes, then garnish with chives and cilantro.
