This version keeps things crisp with muddled mint, lime, and soda—but what makes it shine is the rim. A light coating of Shawhan Farms Buck’s Best Sweet & Spicy BBQ Seasoning delivers a subtle zing that plays beautifully with citrus and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Shawhan Farms Buck’s Best Sweet & Spicy BBQ Seasoning (for rim)
  • 1 lime wedge (for rimming)
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 1 oz)
  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
  • Ice
  • 6 oz club soda or sparkling water
  • Extra mint and lime wheels for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass. Dip into a shallow plate of seasoning until coated. Set aside.
  2. Muddle: In a small bowl or cocktail shaker, muddle mint with lime juice and honey/agave if using.
  3. Build the drink: Fill rimmed glass with ice. Pour muddled mixture over. Top with soda and stir gently.
